Product and Quality Manager

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Product and Quality Manager to ensure quality products are delivered to the right place, at the right time, while driving availability, cost efficiencies, and time to market optimisation. Working closely with offshore suppliers, Australian counterparts, and internal stakeholders, you will lead product development coordination, maintain accurate product data, and champion quality outcomes across the supply chain. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong relationship‑building skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to bring Belron values to life through positive engagement and influence across all levels of the business.

Location: NZ Support Office – 1 Carmont Place, Mt Wellington, Auckland

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
