The Produce Manager leads a collaborative produce team with the main objective of driving the store’s overall success. This includes working with the Store Manager to ensure business growth and success while leading produce operations and overall business goals.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional shopping environment with strong merchandising and in-stock standards, resolving customer concerns effectively, and collaborating across department teams to increase engagement and sales.
• Financial Performance: Manage produce sales, gross margin, payroll, and inventory controls, with the Store Manager and Produce Supervisors to identify growth opportunities, reduce shrink, and maximize profitability.
