Procurement Specialist

We are currently seeking a procurement specialist to join our growing team to support our accounting department and handle construction procurement for the special construction unit. Our company’s office is located in Vantaa, and most of the construction sites are in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Our projects are generally demanding or exceptionally demanding new build and/or renovation construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Active site visits to ensure smooth procurement processes and adherence to schedules.
• Creating reasonable procurement packages according to the Talo80 system for various project sizes, from hundred‑thousand‑euro projects to several tens of millions of euros.
• Identifying subcontractors suitable for different project sizes and work methods.
• Expanding your network and handling even the most complex procurement packages confidently.
