Procurement & Sourcing Lead

Labquality is a leading provider of External Quality Assessment (EQA) and proficiency testing services, supporting clinical laboratories globally. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Lead to own and develop our procurement function — joining a motivated team of professionals committed to quality in laboratory medicine.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role with full ownership of Labquality’s procurement processes. You will personally drive international sourcing, negotiate and structure contracts, manage supplier relationships, and develop the practices, systems and reporting that make procurement a strategic asset. The role reports directly to the CEO.
