Procurement senior manager (tijuana)

Tebra is looking for a Senior Manager of Procurement to own the full procurement lifecycle for a ~$200 M healthcare Saa S company. The role includes managing a vendor portfolio of significant scale, including over $5 M in contracts renewing in the next six months alone, across categories that span Saa S, cloud infrastructure, security, and professional services. You will report to the VP of Accounting and work closely with Legal, Finance, IT Security, and business leaders across the company.

The role sits at the intersection of operational discipline and commercial judgement. You are not coordinating procurement – you are running it.

The right candidate is comfortable owning a complex vendor portfolio largely independently, knows how to move a deal through security, legal, and finance approvals without losing momentum, and brings genuine enthusiasm for using AI and automation to make the function faster and smarter.
