Wiawso College Education is looking for suitably qualified, goal-oriented, analytical innovative, visionary and results-driven with exceptional qualities for appointment to the following position: Procurement Officer

Responsibilities and Duties

• The Procurement Officer will be responsibility for the supervision of the procurement process and preparation of procurement plans for goods, works and services in adherence to procurement regulations as contained in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) and any other regulatory framework

Qualification Required & Experience

• The applicant must hold a good first degree and postgraduate degree in procurement/supply chain management/logistics or any equivalent qualification

• S/he must have served as Chief Procurement Assistant with Colleges of Education or analogous institutions for at least 4 years

• S/he must be a member of a recognised professional body (CIPS and GIPS)<...
