Opportunity Description
BC Pavilion Corporation (PavCo), owner and operator of BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Convention Centre, is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead operational procurement services and guide a small, high‑performing team. This role plays a critical part in delivering complex construction and operational procurements in alignment with corporate policy and the Province of British Columbia’s procurement standards. You will remain hands‑on in higher‑risk and high‑value sourcing initiatives while providing leadership, oversight, and advisory support to internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Lead complex and high‑risk construction and operational procurements from planning through award.
- Oversee end‑to‑end competitive bid processes (RFx strategy, evaluation governance, negotiations, and award recommendations).
- Provide expert guidance on procurement strategy, contracting approaches, and policy interpretation.
