Responsibilities
- Lead operations of the procurement unit
- Provide group‑level procurement guidance and implementation
- Strategically develop procurement processes
- Develop procurement skills within the team
- Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to support complex procurement projects such as large investments, construction projects, and system renewals
- Maintain close dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and shape service design
Qualifications
- Higher university degree
- Experience in public procurement
