Role Overview
As a Procurement Execution Analyst – LATAM, you will support the execution of purchasing operations across the region by processing purchase orders, coordinating supplier communications, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support timely purchasing activities, resolve operational issues, maintain procurement data, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and service excellence. This role reports to the Procurement Operations Lead and collaborates closely with buyers, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams across LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated, non‑MRP generated, services, CapEx, packaging, and indirect procurement requirements.
