Optimize raw material orders as a Procurement Coordinator for the MAPEI network. Collaborate with sales teams and manage inventory to meet production needs effectively.
As a Procurement Coordinator under the Unit Manager's supervision, you will manage orders for raw materials and finished goods at MAPEI. This role requires you to analyze inventory reports, issue purchase orders, and follow up on delivery dates to align with production schedules, ensuring efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Place orders according to stock status reports
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers promptly
• Review and recommend changes to inventory levels
• Coordinate daily follow-up on deliveries
• Assist in invoice processing and verification
Requirements:
• College Degree (CD) required
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of MAPEI products is an asset
