Procurement Advisor

Sedgman is seeking a Procurement Advisor to join our growing business and procurement team in Vancouver, B.C. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing the acquisition of materials, equipment and services while providing support throughout the procurement process, including developing and executing comprehensive procurement and contracting strategies tailored to project needs. The incumbent will ensure compliance, optimize costs, mitigate risk and align all purchasing activities with the project’s requirements and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing/Tendering: Manage the tendering process, including the preparation and evaluation of tenders or bids for a number of procurement packages and be proficient with the use of online e‑tendering platforms.
