Job purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Process Technician. In this role, the main responsibilities include ensuring the efficiency, stability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through the monitoring, adjustment, standardization, and optimization of production methods, while guaranteeing compliance with the organization’s quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and downtime
• Provide technical support to production lines
• Adjust process parameters to ensure product quality
• Coordinate process capability tests (Cp, Cpk, MSA)
