**Job Title: Process Technician**
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee all aspects of the injection molding process, including process set-up, robotic operation, and tool effectiveness to execute the production schedule.
+ Prepare and produce injection-molded components according to established process parameters and customer specifications.
+ Ensure parts consistently meet required quality levels and customer expectations.
+ Perform daily inspections, checklists, and troubleshooting of injection molding machinery and robotic systems.
+ Identify and troubleshoot process issues that deviate from standard specifications, making appropriate adjustments to restore stable production.
+ Achieve departmental goals by minimizing scrap, improving machine utilization, and contributing to improved overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
