Process Technician – Chrome

Location: Oakville Facility, Ontario – Canada. Shift: Weekend Night Shift – Friday to Sunday, 6:00p.m. – 6:00a.m.

Responsibilities

• Chrome plating of aircraft components, including preparation to customer specifications and development of work techniques.
• Part masking, fixturing, loading and unloading.
• Tank/chemistry maintenance and associated tooling.
• Cross–functional team support and assist other plating applications as requested.
• Participation in lean initiatives (5S, TPM, process improvement teams).
• Communicate and coordinate priorities and process issues between operators and shifts.
• Observe and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as required.
