Process Optimization Analyst (Lean Six Sigma)

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Performance Analyst to enhance operational performance by analyzing and optimizing business processes. You will document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, at least 2 years of experience using Lean Six Sigma tools, and proficiency in technical English. Strong analytical skills and a Green Belt certification are preferred. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
