Process Operator

Position Purpose

The Process Operator works as part of a team in a continuous process manufacturing environment. The Process Operator adheres to all safety and environmental parameters that apply in a chemical manufacturing operation. The Process Operator works primarily in the process building and takes directions from the Shift Leader and reports to the Production Manager. The Process Operator is jointly responsible for ensuring production targets are being maintained while meeting all quality parameters for the finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform small repairs on equipment; communicate directly with the Shift Leader to coordinate complicated repairs and maintenance requirements; assist maintenance employees as needed in performing maintenance and repairs.
