Job Description

Our client is looking for a Process Engineering Leader to oversee and support manufacturing processes in a metal‑mechanics environment. The role is responsible for ensuring that production processes meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives, while maintaining up-to-date process documentation such as work instructions and visual aids. The Process Engineering Leader will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, participating in Kaizen events, productivity projects, and safety enhancements. Additionally, they will apply advanced statistical tools to solve quality issues, eliminate customer complaints, and optimize production performance.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
