Job Description: Project Engineer

Position Overview: Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Project Engineer is a “hands on role that provides leadership & supervision in support of a  food manufacturing operation. This position serves as the key technical resource for the manufacturing operation, focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution for electronic/mechanical equipment issues. 

Core Deliverables:

• Ensure safe, efficient, reliable maintenance and operation of equipment to ensure the production of quality products to maintain a continuous 24/7 plant manufacturing operation


• Planning and execution of the preventative maintenance programs. 


• Improve the reliability of the equipment.
