Process Engineer (Data Analytics)

As a Data Analytics and Process Intelligence Engineer, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to improve coatings manufacturing.
You will also identify improvement opportunities, predict quality and efficiency deviations, and transform operational data into strategic decisions that create plant.You will report to Process Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, structure, and analyze large volumes of data from production lines, sensors, ERP, and laboratory systems.Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for real-time monitoring of manufacturing goals.Identify patterns, correlations, and trends in process variables (viscosity, temperature, pH, fineness, color, and equipment performance).
Perform advanced statistical analyses: Statistical Process Control, multivariate regression, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), and Design of Experiments.Develop and implement predictive quality models to anticipate pro...
