Pro Shop Assistant - Coeur d' Alene Resort (Seasonal)

Job Summary

The Pro Shop Assistant is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the golf course including tee times, product knowledge, POS system, merchandising, and respectfully / innovatively serving guests to provide a first-class experience.

Essential Functions


+ Be a great Teammate
+ Must bring positive energy to work with our guests in the pro shop through the check-in and retail process
+ Assist in management of the tee sheet
+ Assist in tournament operations, billing, merchandising, scoring, enforcing policies, and servicing phone calls
+ Assist in weekly events
+ Assist in interdepartmental communications
+ Responsible for day-to-day Pro Shop operations and guest experience.
+ Selling and inventory monitoring
+ Maintain an attractive golf shop and work to achieve merchandising profitability with superior service
