Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA):
Reports directly to the Golf Shop Manager.
Is responsible for continually increasing sales and maintaining the optimal customer service levels in the golf shop.
All duties are performed under standard supervision.
Supervises and assists in the daily golf shop operation, which includes opening and closing of the golf shop, selling of shop merchandise and supervising part-time workers.
Ensure that the cleanliness in the golf shop remains at an optimal level.
The Golf Shop forms part of the daily golf operations at the Golf Club, and the Golf Shop Assistant is responsible for assisting in creating a first-class experience to each customer, visiting the club.
Adheres to all procedures as specified by golf shop policy documents.
Is responsible for maintaining a well merchandised shop, as specified by the retail- and merchandising managers.
