Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage enterprise print infrastructure (on‑prem and cloud‑based).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Print Servers, print queues, and driver repositories.
• Manage enterprise print management tools such as Papercut, Equitrac, SafeCom, uniFLOW, PrinterLogic, etc.
• Provide L2/L3 support for complex print issues and escalations.
• Implement secure print solutions, pull printing, and print auditing.
• Optimize print workflows, print fleet utilization, and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee MFD installation, configuration, firmware updates, and fleet management.
• Troubleshoot driver conflicts, spooler issues, connectivity failures, and print performance problems.
• Collaborate with vendors (HP, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Kyocera, Lexmark).
