This is a senior technical opportunity within WSP’s national Water and Wastewater Treatment team, suited to an experienced treatment engineer with strong technical judgement, client focus, and leadership capability.

As a Principal Water and Wastewater Treatment Engineer, you will provide expert advice across water and/or wastewater treatment projects, leading complex investigations and designs from concept through to construction. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients, shaping high‑quality outcomes while mentoring others and promoting technical excellence across the business.
