We're seeking a senior Collaboration specialist to lead pre-sales, solution design and customer engagement across Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Contact Centre technologies.
This is a customer-facing role focused on shaping modern workplace strategies, designing innovative communication solutions and acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements across Teams Calling, Webex Calling, Contact Centre and UC solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable, outcome-driven collaboration solutions
- Own solution design, proposals, workshops and technical presentations
- Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and grow strategic accounts
