Principal Master Planner

Review Concept and Detailed Master Plans to ensure compliance with zoning, land use, density controls, and infrastructure coordination.

Evaluate land use distribution, development mix, phasing strategies, access, circulation, and overall development structure.

Ensure alignment between planning proposals and the client's master planning vision and business strategy.

Issue Master Developer/Owner planning NOCs for authority submissions.

Maintain the approved master plan and ensure all deviations, plot changes, and amendments are properly recorded.

Manage review of plot-level planning applications including merging, division, and GFA adjustments.

Coordinate planning comments across architecture, urban design, utilities, traffic, and infrastructure disciplines.
