Proven client-facing experience , including requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management. Expertise in Payroll configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams. Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements. Preferred Skills
