Principal Analyst, Power Markets – Long-Term Forecasting - 2630

The role

You’ll own one of three North American regional coverage areas: East (PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE), Central (ERCOT, MISO, the Southeast), or West (WECC, SPP, AESO). You’ll become the recognized expert on the long‑term outlook for energy, capacity, and ancillary service prices in that region. Your published views will shape how institutional investors, IPP developers, hyperscalers, and utilities make multi‑decade capital decisions, and you’ll be the team member clients ask for by name.

This role reports to Juan Arteaga, who leads Power Market Fundamentals & Long‑Term Forecasting.

This is an in‑office role based at our Calgary headquarters with regular travel to the US for client meetings and conferences.
