Principal Advisor – Organisational Performance

Responsibilities

• Play a lead role in delivering work programme to demonstrate delivery of core functions and meet expectations of the government.
• Support design and development of performance frameworks, systems, and reporting.
• Assess how NZ Transport Agency is tracking against its strategic direction and demonstrate effectiveness of activities.
• Responsible for supporting and leading production of high‑quality statutory accountability documents.

Requirements

• Proven expertise and a deep understanding of machinery of Government in relation to expectation setting, planning, performance measurement and monitoring.
• Previous experience in producing high‑quality statutory accountability documents, preferably for a Crown entity.
