Nuvance Health is seeking a *full‑time Primary Care Physician* for our Brookfield Primary Care Practice office to start in the Summer or Fall 2026. Located in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut, about 90 minutes outside of New York City. Our Brookfield practice is long established and highly regarded, having provided high-quality healthcare to our community for over thirty-five years, including the local police and fire departments, the Brookfield school system, and the local YMCA. This practice sees all ages of adults and pediatrics.
