Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects
- Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions
- Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems
- Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases
- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Engineering / Infocomm Technology (ICT) / Electronics Engineering
