Looking for a dynamic individual to join the Engineering team.

Responsibilities To manage the general performance of Junior Engineers in order to ensure smooth running of the department. To ensure that production processes are in line with the Global Unit Measure. To conduct capacity studies in order to ensure capacity to meet customer demand. To support in the development of new products/projects. To ensure optimum performance and machine utilization in order to increase productivity. To conduct operational studies with the aim of improving challenges in line with the business plan. To map current operational process and propose best optimum process design. Improve systems in order to improve efficiency. To identify process deviation, threats, risks and opportunities through monitoring of operations.
