Join NORTH BAY REGIONAL HEALTH CENTRE as a Registered Practical Nurse in the Ambulatory Care Clinic. Provide essential pre and post-operative care while managing a variety of surgical procedures.
This role requires a current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario and certifications in Basic Life Support, IV Therapy, Therapeutic Phlebotomy, Capillary Blood Glucose Testing, and Wound Debridement. Experience in surgical nursing and ambulatory care settings is essential for this practical nursing position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre and post-operative care to adult and pediatric patients
• Assist with minor surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Participate in health teaching and patient assessments
