Join Powell Canada as a Fabrication Worker based in Edmonton, Alberta. This production role offers hands-on experience in metalworking and precision part assembly within a supportive team environment.
You will be tasked with aiding in the manufacturing process by following safety protocols and using various tools to produce high-quality parts. Work under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor to help ensure efficient operations and a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with routine maintenance on metalworking machinery
• Perform tasks like grinding, sanding, and painting as needed
• Move and organize parts throughout production areas
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control
Requirements:
• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in a metal fabrication environment is a plus
