Potato Storage Labourer

Overview

Cavendish Farms is currently hiring Temporary Labour for our fall harvest season. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in a hands-on, fast-paced outdoor work environment.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Wage: $21.59/hr
• Schedule: 7 days a week, 10–14 hours per day
• Start Date: September 2025
• Duration: 4–6 weeks (with possibility of extension)
• Work Environment: Outdoor work
• Overtime: After 48 hours worked each week
• Bonus: $2.00 bonus incentive for each hour worked during harvest (Paid out at the end of the harvest season based on safety and attendance)

• Seasonal laborer positions during filling of the potato warehouses will be responsible for:
• Backing in potato trucks to unload into storage buildings
