Potato Storage Labourer

Cavendish Farms is currently hiring Temporary Laborer for our fall harvest season. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in a hands‑on, fast‑paced outdoor work environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Wage: $21.59/hr
• Schedule: 7 days a week, 10–14 hours per day
• Start Date: September 2025
• Duration: 4–6 weeks (with possibility of extension)
• Overtime: After 48 hours worked each week
• Bonus: $2.00 per hour worked during harvest (paid at end of season based on safety and attendance)

Responsibilities

• Seasonal laborer positions during filling of the potato warehouses will be responsible for:
• Backing in potato trucks to unload into storage buildings
• Collecting potato samples from trucks, and monitoring potato quality
• Cleaning around equipment (shoveling dirt and debris away from the product line)
