:The Center for Research in Agricultural Genomics (CRAG) is looking for a Postdoc Researcher.
The candidate will be in charge of:
Design, perform and analyze research experiments.
Collaborate in the development of approaches to analyze the regulation and impact of TEs in plant genomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational requirements:
PhD in Molecular Biology, Genomics or similar.
Ample experience in plant genome analysis, including bioinformatics approaches for genome assembling and population analyses.
Previous knowledge and research experience in centromere evolution analysis.
Previous knowledge and research experience in plant transposable elements.
