Position – Visits & Courier Agent (part-time)

We are looking for someone to support the leasing team by conducting apartment viewings and responding to incoming inquiries, primarily evenings and weekends.

Supervision

• Position reports directly to the Leasing Coordinator

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday – daytime

• 2 evenings per week, as needed

• Approximately 15 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment viewings

• Respond to inquiries

  Location (email, Messenger, broadcasting platforms, etc.)

• Transmit basic information to applicants (price, availability, criteria)

• Conduct required follow-ups after viewings

• Note relevant information and comments for the leasing team
