Key Responsibilities
POS Configuration & Maintenance
- Configure and maintain POS systems, including store settings, products, pricing, taxes, discounts, and promotions.
- Set up and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure payment methods, tender types, and transaction workflows.
- Perform POS software updates, patches, and system enhancements.
Testing & Deployment
- Conduct testing of new POS configurations and updates before deployment.
- Support rollout and implementation of POS systems across new and existing locations.
- Validate data accuracy and system functionality.
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for POS-related incidents and service requests.
