The objective of this role is to drive the sourcing, execution and management of global real asset investment opportunities, contributing to the delivery of superior risk-adjusted returns in accordance with AIA’s Group long-term capital objectives.
The incumbent is expected to independently originate and assess investment opportunities, lead end‑to‑end transaction execution—including underwriting, deal structuring, negotiations and investment due diligence—and secure internal approvals while ensuring adherence to governance and risk frameworks. In parallel, the role will actively manage and optimise the performance of the real estate investment portfolio through ongoing monitoring, risk assessment, and close engagement with external fund managers and partners.
