Portfolio Accountant

Role Description

Reporting directly to the Manager, the Portfolio Accountant assists in the accounting and reporting for the Portfolio Accounting group and takes full ownership of their portfolio, managing both technical and non‑technical aspects across multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling financial information, including quarterly IFRS compliant combined financial statements.
• Prepare quarterly management reporting on fund performance and key performance indicators (Net Asset Value, NOI, Capex, Debt, Leasing) and conduct budget‑to‑actual variance analysis.
• Prepare and reconcile quarterly fund return calculations.
• Maintain portfolio‑level general ledger, including recurring journal entries, balance‑sheet and bank reconciliations.
