Policy Translation & Operations Specialist — Global SOPs

TikTok Singapore seeks an operations-focused specialist to bridge Policy and frontline execution. You will translate policy intent into scalable workflows, manage SOPs, and maintain knowledge bases to ensure consistent decisions.

You will work with Policy, Product, Quality, and regional ops teams, analyze quality metrics and appeals data to close execution gaps, and drive risk controls across markets while adapting guidelines to local contexts.
