Podiatrist (Surgical Rearfoot/Ankle) Clinical Director

Summary The Southern Arizona Veterans Healthcare System is currently seeking a Podiatrist (Clinical Director) for Surgical Rearfoot and Ankle to assume clinical and administrative duties by providing leadership, direction, and day-to-day supervision of assigned providers. Responsibilities VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Attend required Clinical Director meetings with the Chief of Surgical Service Expected to issue and complete performance appraisals and perform competency evaluations. Maintain an up-to-date schedule which provides appropriate coverage in the Podiatry Surgery clinics, and Inpatient coverage. Responsible for the oversight of all aspects of medical care delivered to patients under their care. During scheduled tour hours, the incumbent will be available for all urgent assessments and interventions as part of the Podiatry Surgery consult service care team.
