What You Will Do
- Build from scratch and implement project management tools for the OPS team
- Develop analytical frameworks and tools to support decision making
- Be the main responsible for consolidating and reporting the area indicators
- Design and implement team Organization processes and governance model
- Lead on recurrent basis discussions with OPS team across teams to drive results
- Assess key area OP bottlenecks and review processes and tools accordingly
Experience/skills required
- Strong analytical skills, with great experience running complex data analysis
- Proven track record managing complex projects
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Scripting languages knowledge (R, Python or similar), especially for automation, is a plus.
