Position Title: PLDDiagnostic Assessor, Tutoring and Support

Description: Diagnostic assessors will conduct a fine-grained analysis of a written assignments from both first- and second-year design courses and create a linguistic profile for the student that identifies potential areas for improvement in engineering communication. Assessors will then tutor and support students individually in their development of professional language and engineering communication.

Estimated enrolment: approx. 600 students

Schedule:Assessment will take place primarily between September-November 2025 and between January and March 2026. Duties pertaining to tutoring and support may be assigned during the remainder of the academic year through April 2026.
