Plant Quality Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment, acting as the primary liaison between internal production teams and external customers to drive resolution of quality issues. This role involves daily monitoring of customer portals to identify concerns, investigating issues by reviewing engineering drawings and specifications to confirm compliance, and communicating findings across all levels of the organization. The Quality Engineer will support customer audits and visits, lead discussions in daily quality meetings, and report out on issue status and escalations. This position is split between the quality lab and production floor, providing hands-on support with inspections, SPC activities, and gage usage, while also maintaining key quality documentation such as control plans, PFMEAs, and process flows.
