Plant Operator, Processing Facilities

Reporting to the Project Engineer, the Plant Operator has an “all-round” operator role, managing and assisting all unit operations in High Temperature Metal Recovery (HTMR). You will gain hands-on experience producing a zinc oxide product in GFL's Hamilton manufacturing plant. You will become familiar with health and safety, quality, and how to be successful in a team environment, developing an ability to operate all HTMR equipment and machinery.

Key Accountabilities Manage, troubleshoot and operate the safe and reliable operation of the HTMR process under normal and abnormal conditions on a 24/7 basis.
