At Pearson TQ, we’re looking for an **Apprenticeship Coach – Military Engineer Construction Technician** , specialising in **Plant Operator and Mechanic delivery** , to support apprentices throughout their learning journey. In this role, you’ll help learners build the knowledge, skills, confidence, and behaviours they need to successfully complete their apprenticeship and progress in their military engineering careers.
You’ll deliver high-quality coaching, mentoring, reviews, workplace observations, and learner support, helping apprentices prepare for Gateway and achieve their apprenticeship standard. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Plant Operator experience who enjoys developing others and wants to make a meaningful impact through apprenticeship delivery....
