Plant Manager (Water Treatment)

Plant Manager required for a water treatment company based in Bethal (Mpumalanga) This position is open to South African citizens only. Reporting to: Operations Manager (Area) Role Purpose Manage and implement operational systems, processes and monitoring activities for the Elders Water Treatment Plant, ensuring efficient performance, client satisfaction and plant availability. Key Responsibilities Manage production and maintenance teams, as well as contractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual quality and quantity KPIs. Maintain strong safety, administration and control procedures. Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation. Manage project account (P&L) and stock control.
