Opportunity Description
- Management and continuous development of the entire production operation
- Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the facility in Poland (ensuring production efficiency, safety and product quality) and team numbering less than 50 employees
- Reporting to the the HQ located in Spain (communication in Spanish)
- Budget planning, forecasting, and cost control
- Stock & supply control
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Further development of the site within an international corporate group
- Capacity and resource planning
- At least 5 years of professional experience in production / operations / plant management (preferably in metal/metallurgical industry)
- Higher technical education
- Fluency in Polish & Spanish
