The Plant Manager supports plant operations by defining strategies and goals, developing actionable plans, and overseeing daily activities across departments including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, Operations Excellence, EHS, Finance, and Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Review quality system suitability and effectiveness, conduct review meetings, set objectives, establish plans, and monitor progress of current operations while planning for future business activities.
• Lead daily execution of manufacturing sites to meet stakeholder expectations for quality, order fulfillment, total cost management, and budget adherence.
• Develop all elements of the financial plan for the operations department and ensure effective execution.
